2.2. Teaching materials are included in the monthly fee and are provided exclusively for individual educational use.
3. Payment methods
3.1. Payments can be made via Pix, bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed in advance.
3.2 Payment must be made in advance to guarantee the booking of times.
3.3 Payment of the monthly fee must be made within the first 10 working days of each month.
4. Changing the offer
4.1. The Languages Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, plans and features of the site without prior notice.
5. Guarantees and responsibilities
5.1. Lessons are designed to meet the needs of each student, but progress depends on individual effort.
5.2 The Languages Academy cannot be held responsible for technical problems encountered by the student, such as connection failures or inadequate equipment.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 All the site's content, teaching materials and logos are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.
7. Suspension or termination of accounts
7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the access of users who violate the Terms and Conditions, without refund.
